Solar Paper is the world’s smallest and lightest solar charger and is as thin as paper by Yolk, a startup company from Seoul and Chicago. The Solar Paper can charge your smartphone in about 2.5 hours. This new charger is modular, starting as a 2.5W single unit charger, but by adding units can be had as a 5W, 7.5W or 10W charger. The solar paper panels snap together magnetically, so it’s easy to scale up or down depending on your needs. The magnetic sides also give the charger the ability to stick to metal surfaces for positioning outdoors. The panel features a USB port for connecting your gadgets and also has an LCD screen that shows the exact load current that the charger is generating.
‘Solar Paper’ is a solar charger ranging from 2.5 watts to 10 watts, and it thin enough to slip between the pages of a book. The charger features a USB port for charging USB devices. The charger features a built in display for monitoring the current to see how much power the device is generating in the moment. The solar paper panels can be added together via magnets for more power, and they’re also waterproof.
